Hot “trends” and best practices seem to include pay transparency, the demise of performance reviews, movement away from base pay and to variable pay, extension of the post-termination life of equity compensation and much more. 

9:45 – 11:00am New Rules of The Employee Value Proposition

Together we will be creating an Employee Value Proposition, determining a strategy to capture workforce knowledge to build your EVP, and covering how to implement Technology/Programs (to Communicate and Measure your EVP). We will work on the ability to consolidate, automate and measure compensation offerings and use technology to combine HR programs with internal communication, PR and marketing. We will discuss strengthening organizational culture, employee retention and company desirability (recruitment).
