Kellie Fielding is Performensation’s Director of Client Success. She ensures that the company’s process, procedures and practices are designed and executed to establish efficient and successful longterm client partnerships. Most importantly, Kellie serves as the guide in each client’s journey from implementation through success. In addition to her client commitment, Kellie is focused on advancing her equity compensation expertise through continued education, industry research, and business partnership development.
She has over 20 years of experience in financial services, corporate relations, and project management. Kellie’s background has provided a comprehensive understanding in the areas of executive compensation, broadbased compensation and benefits, and corporate relationship management. Prior to joining Performensation, her past employers include Morgan Stanley and UBS AG.
Kellie has her degree from California State University, Sacramento specializing in the areas of Psychology and Business. In addition, she currently holds a Washington State Insurance License and is in the process of obtaining her Certified Equity Professional designation
