Perfecting compensation is a difficult task. Fair pay is a term we have heard a lot lately. Fair pay can imply, to some people, that everyone should be paid the same. At Performensation we strive for “just” pay. This approach allows for variations between people. Sometimes even wide variations. But, the approach also ensures that the differences can be clearly and reasonably communicated and understood.
